RETURN POLICY
All merchandise being returned to Retrax for warranty repair must be pre-approved by Retrax All returns must include the Returned Merchandise Form or there may be a delay in processing your return. Retrax warranties Retrax™ pickup bed covers for a period of one or three years, depending on the cover, as stated in the products warranty card included with the installations/owner pack shipped with each bed cover. Return shipments must be made with a return receipt or a tracking number. Merchandise that is out over 30 days is not returnable. If we have made an error in your shipment we will send a Call Tag and have the package picked up at our expense. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Shipments must be returned with shipping charges prepaid. No returns on custom orders.
